Brustad & Partnere. Fifteen years on Romerike.

Brustad & Partnere is PrivatMegleren’s office in Jessheim — at Gotaasalleen 39, right in the town centre. Founded in 2011 as Nordli & Brustad, with today’s name since 2014.

Brustad & Partnere was founded in Jessheim in 2011 and is today an office of 13 people within the PrivatMegleren chain. The office is owned by its agents: managing director Kåre A. Brustad and partners Merete Ruud, Fredrick Jansen and Øyvind Thorberg Simonsen sit on the board, with lawyer Terje Døvik as chair. We sell apartments, houses, plots and cabins — mostly on Romerike, but also in Hadeland, Oslo and the mountains. Drop by Gotaasalleen 39.

The office is led by managing director and partner Kåre A. Brustad. Partners Merete Ruud, Fredrick Jansen, Øyvind Thorberg Simonsen and Vetle Grønvold Eriksen sell alongside agents Vegar Volla, Andreas Boulos and Werner Holthe. Susanne Sigvartsen Lund is our professional lead, and Lotte Parmegiani Årseth, Susanne Lie Fredriksen and Emilie H. Mikkelsen are assistant estate agents.

Our home ground is Ullensaker — Jessheim, Kløfta, Gardermoen and Algarheim — but we sell a lot in Nannestad, Eidsvoll, Gjerdrum, Lørenskog and Lillestrøm, and on to Hadeland, Hurdal and the mountains. We know the prices, the neighbourhoods and the new builds — and we know what buyers ask about.
